Response Line

A 24 hour Contact Number has been established for Liddell Coal. The number is the same as the Liddell Coal Switch Phone Number (0265 709900). During office hours calls will be answered by the receptionist. After hours, all calls are transferred to a pre-recorded answering service that will allow you to direct any issues or concerns to the appropriate site personnel.

Please note the after hours system has been primarily set up for emergencies, such as accidents and fires on or near Liddell Coal, where site personnel may be able to render assistance.

Any community complaints should be directed to the Liddell Coal Environment and Community Coordinator, Mark Howes on office telephone number (02) 6570 9923 during business hours.

Alternatively, Liddell Coal also operates a 24 hour complaints hotline to ensure that any community concerns can be captured and responded to as soon as possible. The 24 hour contact telephone number for the hotline is (02) 6570 9939.
